1. Eligibility and geographic restriction

Access to this site is intended for global investors only. Residents of Japan are prohibited from accessing or using this site, including for the purpose of acquiring CRPC. By using this site you represent that you are not a resident of Japan and are not accessing the site on behalf of a Japan resident. CRPC and its operators reserve the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction.

2. No investment advice

All content on this site is informational. Nothing on this site constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, an offer to sell, or a solicitation to buy any token or other asset. You are solely responsible for any decisions made using information presented here.

3. No warranty

Data presented on this site (including theoretical price, point balance, and market price) is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Underlying third-party data sources (e.g., DigiFinex) may fail or be delayed; cached values are clearly labelled as stale when applicable.

4. No solicitation, no token sale

This site does not sell tokens, accept payments, perform KYC, or facilitate trades. All trading happens on third-party venues subject to those venues' own terms and restrictions.

5. Governing law

These terms will be governed by the laws of Singapore once the CRPC operating entity is formally incorporated and these terms are finalised by counsel. Pending finalisation, this section is non-binding.
