About CRPC

CRPC (CryptPointToken) is a utility token whose theoretical value tracks the outstanding loyalty-point liability issued by the ACTIVA merchant network. This page explains how that link works.

1.What CRPC is

CRPC is an ERC-20 utility token. It is not a security, not a deposit, and not a claim on any company's profits.

Its purpose is to mirror, on a public blockchain, the outstanding point liability accumulating inside ACTIVA's loyalty-point program. As that point base expands through real merchant activity, the on-chain token's theoretical valuation expands with it.

2.What backs CRPC's value

The reference variable is J — the total outstanding point balance issued by ACTIVA across its merchant network. Every point issued is a future obligation to deliver utility (discounts, settlements, redemptions) at the merchant.

The theoretical token price V is derived from J via the formula V = a × (J − b)^c. The constants a, b, c are published on the dashboard and snapshotted into each historical record, so past valuations remain reproducible even if parameters are later revised.

3.How value grows

When more merchants join ACTIVA or existing merchants issue more points to customers, J grows. Because c is held within a bounded range, V grows monotonically with J, though typically at a diminishing rate.

Adoption — not speculation — is the input. If point issuance stalls, theoretical price stalls. The dashboard makes the relationship visible and continuous.

4.Why on-exchange price converges to V

The Singapore-domiciled CRPC entity actively quotes both sides of the CRPC/USDT order book on DigiFinex near the theoretical price V. When market price diverges from V, arbitrage opportunities push the trade price back toward V.

This is not a guarantee. Convergence requires sustained market-making capacity and liquidity from external participants. The deviation card on the dashboard surfaces real-time divergence so anyone can audit how tight the band currently is.

5.Dual-entity structure

Two entities operate the system. ACTIVA (Japan) runs the merchant-facing loyalty program and is the source of J. CRPC (Singapore) operates the on-chain side: liquidity, market-making, and exchange relationships.

A reserve pool — composed of stable assets — sits inside the CRPC entity to support redemption capacity for partner-licensed redemption flows. Reserve composition and audit reports will be published on this dashboard in a later phase (see Roadmap).

6.Limits and risks

CRPC is not a security, not an investment contract, and confers no dividend, voting right, or guaranteed return. Holding CRPC carries the risk of total loss.

Theoretical price V is a published reference; it does not promise that the market will trade at V at any moment. Smart-contract risk, exchange risk, regulatory risk, and operational risk all apply. Anyone considering trading CRPC should evaluate these independently.
